Street Address Data Standard up for review

The Urban and Regional Information Systems Association (URISA) presents the first draft of a newly created Street Address Data Standard for first review and comment by the geospatial community.  The draft standard is available on the URISA website, http://www.urisa.org/address_data_standard.htm .  This is the first opportunity for members of the GIS Community to view the Federal Geographic Data Committee-approved effort to create a street address data standard. URISA invites everyone to review the standard and provide comments.  The comment period for this version of the draft standard will end on October 3, 2005.  A second draft will be posted for comment after the URISA annual conference (October 9-12).
