Just got my reminder about the coming deCarta Devcon (recall last year's Telcontar DevCon at SBC Park, San Fran). The event is designed for developers who wish to learn more about deCarta's location-enabling applications and solutions (some of which you'll see featured in the coming NAvteq LBS Challenge).
