Of interest... Where's the sun - 8 hours of sun in Vancouver

I knew this time of the year was depressing, particularly here in the Pacific NW (Vancouver) but now its getting our of hand... Environment Canada has reported that Vancouver BC has seen a whopping 8 hours of sunshine in the past 25 days... NICE!  Apparently the nice climate attracts business, visitors, and residents to the areas, however, I just can't see it... hopefully this won't last... until then I'll grab the umbrella.
